We checked in today. So far everything is good. Clean room and the carpet has been cleaned too, it's still damp. The staff is nice and helpful. The facility looks nice and clean. There's vending machines, ATM,ice machines and there's a place by check in to purchase items. The location is convenient and near many eating and shopping places. This is a an affordable trip that I planned for my mom, it's her first getaway since surviving breast cancer!
Room was bit out dated with rust on lamps and shower handles. Dirty shower curtain. Carpet also needed to be cleaned. Other then that, it was cool!
Clean, quiet place to stay. Very convenient to shopping and restaurants. Would stay here again.
I enjoyed my week stay at this hotel this past week. Crystal, as well as all the other staff were very friendly and courteous. The breakfast was on point and the employee working the breakfast area definitely did a perfect job on making sure everything was stocked and clean. I will definitely make this my new spot when I visit N. Myrtle Beach.
I was very surprised that we were able to earn points from our stay even though we could not change the name on the app. We booked with Expedia, but my spouse was able to get the points upon check-in.
I don’t really understand the negative reviews for this place, our experience was great! Nice staff, clean room, decent location. Only smelt weed once, and it wasn’t in the room at all, but it’s Myrtle Beach so what can you expect? Overall definitely over hated and not nearly as bad as reviews would have you thinking. Important note: it’s not really all that close to Barefoot, like it’s a 4 minute drive but I wouldn’t recommend walking, especially at 11:30 after a concert.
Everything was great. Front desk staff was friendly from day one. The room was nice and cleans when we arrived carpet had a couple stains but definitely nothing major. The halls and elevator were clean. Our rooms fully stocked with towels and toilet tissue. Will be coming back to stay again! Only issue was the WiFi was a little slow connecting but once I got connected it worked great!
